Gloria Dopf - Deputy Superintendent of Public Instruction in the Nevada Department of Education.
Mrs. Dopf has provided leadership for the development of the State Plan for No Child Left Behind, All Children Can Succeed;The State Improvement Plan; and the Blueprint for Improving Nevada's High Schools. She is a recognized expert in Special Education, the Nor Child Left Behind Act and state systems to improve student success.

Dr. Bill Daggett is the President of the International Center for Leadership in Education. In addition to his expertise in the subjet of school reform, he is a noted worldwide speaker and writer. Dr. Daggett has written twelve books, four of which deal with reform. He is known for his efforts to move the eduction system towards more rigor and relevance.

Dr. Paul Nussbaum is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist in Pennsylvania and adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Pittsbur School of Medicine. Gloria Dopf and Larry Gloeckler
Larry Gloeckler is the Executive Director of the Special Education Institute at the International Center for Leadership in Education. From 1989-2003, Mr. Gloeckler was Deputy Commissioner for the New York State Education Department. In this role, he served as both State Director of Special Education and the State Director of Vocational Rehabilitation. He is currently a consultant with the Nevada Department of Education, other education agencies, universities and local school districts throughout the country.
